These values are shared with every co-worker at Andy Gump, Inc. and have resulted in lasting relationships. Over 20% of the staff has been with the company over ten years and another 21% has been with the company over 5 years. The company enjoys an outstanding reputation in the industries it serves, growing largely by name recognition. By continuously reinvesting profit into the company, the Gump family has been able to serve new markets, purchase property, develop new products, establish profit-sharing programs to benefit co-workers, and provide employment in several communities.

Management consists of 20 managers and supervisors, with 242 cumulative years with Andy Gump, Inc. Eleven of the twenty were promoted to management level responsibilities within the company. Numerous co-workers have family members who have had the opportunity to work for the company, some staying on and growing with the company, others moving on to other endeavors.
